The Brisa Chef kitchen knives represents a cutting edge line with influences from the japanese Santoku. The handle in a lightly upward pointing direction feels balanced and comfortable. In Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel the blade is easy to maintain. The Chef does an excellent job slicing through delicate ribbon of basil as it does plowing through a butternut squash. It literally glides through tomatoes with its sharp edge.
