The Wharncliffe is a very useful blade shape. The blade geometry is superior for opening boxes, cutting cardboard, leather thanks to the aggressive point down.

I'd love Mora or someone to do a classic carbon steel version at a lower price as a working knife. The Mora carpet knife isn't quite the same.
Right and left-handed version with one side flat like a Japanese knife would be great. The classic kiridashi is good for a lot of things, but you can get far more tip pressure with the wharncliffe for things like cutting thin wood.
