Russel Camping

This knife is truly something that can't be missed, for the blade thickness (a little bit less than 2,5mm) in my opinion is perfect for a knife this size, making it very good for general utility work, ranging from kitchen use to camp/woodwork to general use around the yard. The grind is also very good, steel in my opinion is well heat treated, easily takes a wonderful edge and keeps it well, even when reground very thin as in my case.
Only con, the tang is a bit on the short side for my hands, this problem was easily solved making the scales 10mm longer than the tang.
In short, very good knife for the money, much like a fixed blade version of an Opinel 12, i wish I was able to find on sale other russel green river models like the Ripper and Sheath knives, but sadly they are very difficult to find in Europe
