General

Brisa.fi sells and delivers products to the whole world. 

Ordering does not require registration or login. The order is processed according to the availability of the products at the time of ordering. We do not offer post-deliveries. 

All our prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Customers outside the EU pay no VAT (except Norwegian customers who pay 25% VAT). 

We reserve the right to adjust prices. We can increase or decrease the price of products, but the price stated at the time of ordering is always the price that applies to the customer. At checkout, you will see the total amount of the order, which includes VAT and delivery costs. Guardians should place an order for persons under 18 years of age.

 

Order and payment

When your order is registered with us, you will receive the order confirmation by email to the address you provided in your order details.

We offer the following payment:

Payment methods With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Paypal is a safe and easy method to pay and receive payment via the internet. With the help of the service, everyone can pay as they wish - via credit card, bank account, PayPal Smart Connect or account balances - without sharing payment information.

Riverty is offered in Finland and Germany

Riverty Invoice 

Riverty Invoice we offer together with Riverty Finalnd Oy. Payment period is 14 days. To be able to order against an invoice, you must be at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal signature. In addition, you must not have payment disruptions and you must have a population registration address in Finland. You can see all invoice terms here.

With Riverty Invoice, you handle your purchases easily and only pay when you have received the products. The invoice is sent by email after the order. Once you have received the invoice, you can move the due date (14 days 0 €), pay in installments or pay the invoice directly in the MyRiverty service.

Riverty installment payment 

Riverty gives you the opportunity to split your payment. More information and terms can be found here.

With Riverty installment payment options, you handle your purchases easily and pay monthly according to what suits you. You can choose between: Riverty Flex, where you choose a suitable monthly installment, and Riverty Partial Payment, where you choose the duration of the installment and always pay equal monthly installments. After completing the order, you will receive an email from Riverty asking you to confirm the credit agreement in the MyRiverty service. 

Riverty and processing of personal data

Riverty processes your personal data in accordance with current data protection laws. Riverty uses the information to browse. be able to identify the customer, assess the customer's creditworthiness, manage the customer relationship and prevent misuse of Riverty. Promotions and promotional codes 

Promotional code refers to a discount or offer that is obtained by entering a code at checkout in the Discount Code field and clicking Apply. If you have several promotional codes, you can only use one code in connection with your order. Promotional products cannot be added to an order already placed. 

 

Delivery time

We offer our customers fast deliveries. Your order will be sent from us within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. You will be displayed a more accurate delivery time from the order confirmation.

 

Delivery method 

With us, you can choose from several different delivery methods depending on where you want the goods sent. In the web shop, 30 € is the minimum limit for the total amount of the order. If a customer places several orders to the same address within a few days, we reserve the right to deliver them in the same package.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, package weight and volume.

 

Product Comments

We reserve the right to use product comments and announcements published by our customers in our web shop, in our marketing materials and in other Brisa publications.

We assume that product comments must follow a good tone and current legislation. We welcome both positive and negative feedback. We immediately remove posts that are unreasonable or offend other users or outside actors.

If you see unreasonable product comments, please let our customer support know.

Brisa sells crafting materials for knife making and knifes, hence we are not liable for any damages a customer can inflict on him or herself by using a sharp blade. 

 

Product warranty and returns

Brisa has a full product warranty. Defective product is replaced with a flawless product. Brisa has a 30-day right of return from the order. When refunding the returned product, only the sum for the product is reimbursed, not delivery costs. 

We do not replace product defects caused by the customer's negligence. When the customer has received the package, it is the customer's responsibility to check that the products are faultless and to ensure that the products are used and stored correctly.
